You have changed your mind and want to return your order?
No problem! Within 14 days from arrival of your order, you are allowed to withdraw your order.

Please make sure:

  1. The product is unused
  2. The product is not damaged

Perfect! Then:

  • Please fill out the return flyer, which was in the package.
  • Put the return flyer and product in the original packaging.
  • Bring it all to the shipping company of your choise.
  • You have to bear the return costs. We cannot send you a prepaid return label.

If everything is fine, we will return your money within 7 days.

We basically use the same payment method with which we received your money. The time it will take until you receive your money back if you use  eBay, PayPal, Amazon and so on, depends on these plattforms and can not be influenced by us. If you have questions concerning this topic you have to contact them.

How much does the return shipping cost?
We strive to offer our customers the best prices possible, which is why we have deliberately chosen not to include return shipping costs in our prices. As a result, our customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs themselves. This is fairer, as otherwise, everyone would end up paying for each other's returns.

You experience problems with a product or have questions concerning legal warranty?
If you have a faulty product, please send us an email with meaningful pictures of the damage to: info@individualiseyourcar.com
It is necessary to tell us your order number and the product, which with you have problems.
For electrical or mechanical parts, please send us the installation certificate direclty, so we can communicate with the workshop directly, if we need to.
The legal warranty period is 24 months from the arrival of our products at your destination. Excluded from the legal warranty are damages, which can be traced back to natural wear and tear or improper use.

Information to legal warranty and voluntary manufacturer's warranty
Beyond the statutory warranty provisions, no guarantees are given with regard to the goods or services supplied, unless a guarantee is expressly granted in writing.
