- SSI™ (Selectable Smart Impedance): Most car audio systems require either 2- or 4-ohm impedance. Club Series subwoofers feature an exclusive dual impedance switch that lets you choose either load impedance option for maximum configuration flexibility with your system and amplifier. Not offered by any other manufacturer, SSI lets you use any Club Series subwoofer with virtually any amplifier.
- Dual Stack Magnet Design for High Power Handling: Club subwoofers use a double-stacked magnet, which, in conjunction with the high-roll surround, allows the voice coil to move further.
- Vented Basket Design for System Cooling: The vented basket of the Club subwoofer cools the voice coil even at high output levels, ensuring long-term reliability.
- High-Roll Rubber Surrounds: Club subwoofers use a high-roll surround that provides superior cone-edge suspension while maximizing excursion. Not only does it increase cone area, it also provides remarkable linear stability and reliability.
- Purposeful Design: JBL Club subwoofers feature a large inverted dust cap that is connected to an orange JBL cone, providing a visual exclamation point. The slash pattern creates a visual cue to the distinct JBL® horn on the dust cap. The unique surround design allows the trim ring to be pressed into the surround, concealing all the mounting hardware. This gives the subwoofers a sleek, clean look once installed.
